PS5 black screen with sound

Hi, I have a PS5 with a black screen.
So far I have try to safemode, changed HDMI port, HDMI IC and the problem is the same.
Turn on the PS5, black screen but hear the sounds from the menu.
Do you have any idea what it could be?

HDMI IC bought from a reputable source/known to be good.

yes, i try with another HDMI cable and TV.
Yes, HDMI IC is bought from a reliable supplier. I think is not problem the IC, because it causes the same problem black screen with sound with both.

So, the PS5 is working fine with no picture (even in safe mode) right?

- Push every pin in hdmi port to make sure it's soldered.
- Check if there's no shorts between pins.
- Check the hdmi ic surroundings, also on the other side of the board (filters for continuity, caps for shorts, cold solder joints, etc.) and for missing components.
- Check the traces from hdmi ic
- Do the diode and voltage readings on hdmi port. You can find pictures with good values on the internet. If you don't have test board, sacrifice one hdmi cable, cut it and separate wires.
- Check if anything gets hot in hdmi port/ic area.

We don't have much more options then. Since PS5 is working fine, there is something wrong with connection or hdmi port itself. I'm not implying you did something wrong, but could you share your measurements? Also post detailed pictures of hdmi port pins and hdmi ic ant its surroundings? Maybe you missed something.

Check the common mode filters between the HDMI IC and the HDMI port, they should be dead short from one side to the other but not diagonally between lines.

If all is good with them then next step for me would be to get out the oscilloscope and monitor the signals going into the HDMI IC (is the APU providing a video signal?) and if it is then monitor the output of the HDMI IC (is the IC outputting a video signal?) and try to narrow down where the issue is occurring.

Can you also provide a hi-res image of the HDMI IC, its surroundings and the HDMI port so we can see what it looks like visually since being reworked? Preferably a picture taken via a microscope so it is zoomed in and crystal clear.
