You MUST:- Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 ) ,The serial number, make, full model number, motherboard model and revision (except QR codes) must be written/typed at your request as per the rules. Maybe this gives you the correct binary: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ch/de/p...loads/ds038444 (open with 7zip and extract I0KT33A.bin)
If you open it with UEFITool, you can see in the information box that this images is for 2 chips, my guess is "ME region" for the smaller EEPROM and BIOS region for the bigger one. It looks very similar to your two binary dumbs (if you concat them).
You could extract the BIOS region by right clicking and selecting "Extrect as is...", but be aware, i'm just guessing here.. you can brick your system

That's the problem.
I don't have a serial number on a back panel (it's erased and in the bios too), just found this:
Nachine type10110
Configuration number 57310941
MO: CS02120315
CPU I3-3220
HDD SATA 1Tb
RAM 8G DDR3
GPU Intel
And on MB found that numbers:
3000025600584
10E2
4619KA38L02
B888E39B6456
MB: VBA00 LA-9301P REV:1.0
EEPROMS: Winbond W25Q32BVSSIG and W25Q80BVSSIG
