intel/asus nuc8i3beb bios+ec ite

hello all,
Please can someone upload ec bios for ITE8987vg as the machine has no power accept 3.3v 5v and 1.0v.i put a new ec and after that i see power led blue come on but still the control signal dont come.is there a way to extract the ec bios from the main bios.

ohh how do i flash the ite8987 on this board as there is no kbd connection.I read in one of the forums flashng it with smbus mode.
