Fan spinning normally, power LED turns on and goes off almost instantly, computer remains on, has no internal/external display output.

Thank you, but issue is not solved.

With this BIOS PC fan does not spin, power LED always off. Screen backlight turns on for 0.5 second and turns off, looping.

Check the hardware again, the above file is already the original file.

This is the oldest bios version on Asus homepage, if it doesn't work it means you have an unresolved hardware problem.
