well we are really at the bottom of the parts box at the office. this one is a MSI BX Master which is now running a celeron 667 using ms-6905 slocket. it has been recapped using sanyo wg and chemico kzg from a dead board with not much mileage on it and practically new panasonic fc from my only failed recapping.
the papst fan you can see is another reject, it is too big to fit any heatsink i have so is attached with wire to the heatsink.
one prob i saw with using salvaged caps is that you have to clean the leads of existing solder. i was using a solder sucker for that job. it takes a long time to do that.
i should note that it is recommended to use new caps only for various reasons.
