    Xfx 7100gs

Four bulging Evercon ME series. All 470uF 16V. The 470uF 16V Rubycon MBZ is just fine. The 1500uF 6.3V Sanyo WX and Evercon ME also look fine.

I like how the Evercons rated at 125C bloated and not the Ruby at 105C

As much as I want to blame Evercon's terrible quality, first I'm going to blame the bulging Teapo on the 12V rail of the FSP PSU powering the card. Also, the only "exhaust fan" was configured to pull in cold air....an idiotic decision in my opinion

Having them touch a passive heatsink won't do them any favours either (although I do think a Panny or Ruby in that situation would have held up just fine).
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

They aren't touching the heatsink but they definitely would run hot there. And that's an old (and slow) card so I imagine it would be working pretty hard and being hot all the time
