Recap Asus A7V266E and take 18 second to boot?

My friend gave me a dead Asus A7V266E that has 2 leaky OST 6.3V 1000UF capacitors. ( Instead of bulging at the top like many bad caps, the OST leak the white stuff at the edge with no sign of bulging(hard to see!!!). I check it using Dick smith ESR meter, both are 0.08, still within the acceptable range)

The board is also missing one of the ant-like capacitor next the ICS chip(bule arrow). I just randomly pick any junk capacitor from dead board and solder it( Though i know it is not the correct way to fix it)

I replace OST(Red arrows) with 2 G-luxon 10V 1000uF just to see if the caps are the cause of problem.

Now the mobo can boot, but it take about 18 second( From pressing the switch to actually seeing something from the screen)

What cause the mobo to take 18-19 seconds to display somthing? Because the ant-like capacitor or many OST bad cap or both??
Is 18-19s normal for this board?

It's not recommended to replace caps with G-Luxons. They could be even worse than the OST crap. Recap the whole board with good caps like Nichicon HE or Rubycon ZL. The small surface-mount cap is most likely not the source of your problems.
    The great capacitor showdown!

Some bios are funny about replacing anything. Try a reset.

Asus ROG Ally X -RC72LA - changed hidden bios settings with 'Smokeless-UMAF', won't get past boot logo

ASUS ROG Ally X - (Handheld Gaming PC)
        Model No: RC72LA
        Serial No: SBNVKD001014459

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

        Asus GL731GT Boot loop
        by trbovan
        Laptop is a GL731GT with the I7-9750h and GTX1650.

        Full model number is gl731gt-rb71-cb
Serial: (placeholder for when I get home)
        Board model: G531GT REV. 1.5

Issue: Laptop was password protected with admin password. I extracted the Bios with the CH341A and ASprogrammer. I Initially saved the backup. I then scoured the internet for a rom to flash to the chip. I found a file and flashed it. I then read it back to verify and mistakenly over wrote my backup of the original Bios.

I assembled and tested anyway. The bios worked, I was able...

Asus laptop won't boot (no power) - possible bad caps?
        by jrodefeld
I would like to see if anyone could help me salvage a very expensive laptop that is no longer working.

        The model:
        Asus Zenbook Pro Duo UX582L

I have used this laptop lightly since I purchased it new in 2022. I have always taken precautions to take care of it the best I could, and have never done anything that would risk causing damage to it or shorten it's life.

However, around six months ago, the laptop stopped working on battery power. It continued to work fine when plugged in, but as soon as power was disconnected,...
