Radeon RX 6700 XT chrash while driver install, memory PWM-Driver?

    Hi guys,

I have a new project, a PowerColor RX6700XT GPU which starts up fine but crashes as soon as some load comes up, the driver install is enough for this. The install won't succeed and the card crashes with ramping fans.
What I figured out so far:
As the card starts up, all voltages are there.
The core rails seem to work fine, all of them run at 500KHz (measured with a normal multimeter as I don't have an oszilloskop at hand).
That said, I think I have a problem with one of the memory rails. The top two drMOS on the right side (see picture) power the memory. As far as I found out, both of them should run at about 250-290 KHz.
In my case, the upper one runs at 500 KHz which seems to be too high, while the second one runs at 265 KHz, measured at the coil.
I also measured the frequency coming directly out the PWM-controller (NCP81022N) and it's the same, phase 1 500 KHz, phase 2 265 KHz.
I'm not very experienced with this repair, but to me it looks like the PWM-controller is faulty and needs replacing as well as the drMOS of the upper phase, just to be sure.
Did I miss anything here or do you gusy agree?

    Thanks
