Here's the circuit mate, not the best quality I'm afraid. Pin 7 has no connection but I don't really understand your question either.

            BN44-00060A Samsung Inverter board.
Pin 7 on that inverter board is not used on that inverter board as shown in the schematic..
That inverter board only need to have GND, DC IN, BRT (DIMMING CONTROL, 0 ~ 5V, 5V = Max lamp brightness)), and BL-ON/OFF (Backlights ON/OFF control, it is active high signal, <1V = Backlights OFF, >2.5V = Backlights ON).
So what is it not doing? Do you have all the required Voltage and the two control signals?

"All voltage good" so what are they, report them then.
You just need to do more in-depth troubleshooting that inverter board.
That board is made by Samsung so it does nit matter if it is also used in the Dell monitor, the LCD panel is probably made by Samsung.
You still do not tell us what it is not doing right, it hard to help when you do not provide the details of the failure, we do not have the board or the monitor in front of us to look at, but you do so need to provide more information if you want the help from the forum.
The backlights flash on for second and go black?
BTW, Dell does not really made the monitors, the monitors are made other companies per Dell requirement.
BTW, you should stick to just one thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...019#post880019

                      Hello everyone,

About me, my goal and the equipment I (don't) have:
I am brand new to this forum, and I am eager to learn about repairing laptops. I have an engineer background although I haven't done electronics for a while. I have watched several Youtube videos in the last two months, trying to understand how to diagnose a faulty motherboard. I have a USB-C Amp meter and a classic multi meter. No DC Power Supply to inject voltage, no soldering iron to replace components.

About my issue and my goal:
A friend of mine has a MacBook Air M1 A2337 that does not...

Greetings to all of you, as you will understand from the questions, I'm not familiar with electronic diagrams .... from theory to practice there is always an abyss :o)

1 - I often find the "@" character in the electronic diagrams of laptops near the component and I'd like to understand if it indicates a component that may not be present in the real hardware execution or if there is a different explanation for the use of this @.

                      2 - I write these examples:
                      2S@ PC217 0.22U_0603_16V7K 16 volts (max) what does it mean 7K ?

Recently I purchased a Tektronix TDS1012, a 20 years old product for cheap and I thought it could be a nice opportunity for playing (i.e. recapping) and learn something in the process.
The power supply board is exactly the same from this post so I'll just steal it for now.

I'm trying to find replacements for all those Lelon electrolytic caps, but then quickly...

                      What caused the BSOD?
                      by Gibon378
                      Hello there!
I was doing some usual stuff, browsing the internet, listening to music, coding, etc. and my computer froze. It looked like the website couldn't process the request (logging into the account, there was the loading symbol) and it took a few seconds, then my computer totally froze except for the mouse cursor. It lasted for about a minute and I got the BSOD. It happened yesterday and today (just now).

I managed to get the MEMORY.DMP content, but I don't really understand it. Could somebody help me?

                      Code:
