Viewsonic - Will not sync on VGA input.

Hello all.
I have a VG150B at work here that just won't sync up to VGA input. I tried a couple of things, but no luck thus far.

Here's the odd issue, the power button works, but no other menu buttons will work. I have measured voltages on the switches, and they are all responding the way they should when activated.

The only indication I have is the floating color pattern telling me there is no signal.

All the solder looks fine on the VGA input, and the unit responds the same on other computers.
Anyone have any other suggestions on what to do with this unit? (Besides throw it out.)

Pictures are needed of this model, to help you
P/supply if built in and mainboard
Have you tried swapping VGA cable if that is possible on this model also
Check your Voltage readings on connector of P/S to Mainboard and post them as members will need them to help you

I agree with Bob, especially on the pictures. And if you include the Model number in the thread name it would be better.
