2408wfpb Inverter Board removal

Hello Guys,

I am currently trying to remove the inverter board from my Dell 2408wfpb. I do not want to damage anything. Does anyone know of the proper removal procedure? I have tried to gently pull the board out of the black tabs seen in the attached pictures, but I have had no luck. Any insight would be appreciated.

Are you trying o replace the board?
I use very thin but strong flat blade to pry each end of the board very little bit at a time otherwise you will break the fingers of the board. There is no parts on the bottom side of the board so you do not really need to remove the board to do the repair of the board.
What is it not doing?
Common failure on this board is bad inverter transformer and bad power supply board.
