2408wfpb Inverter Board removal

Hello Guys,

I am currently trying to remove the inverter board from my Dell 2408wfpb. I do not want to damage anything. Does anyone know of the proper removal procedure? I have tried to gently pull the board out of the black tabs seen in the attached pictures, but I have had no luck. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello All! Found this forum while trouble shooting an issue with my Dell Monitor. Will be looking for some help in the future with trouble shooting different failure types.
