Samsung 192V goes black in 1-2 seconds

OK, another problematic monitor needs fixing. It shows a perfect picture for a second or two then goes black. The picture can still be seen with a flashlight. I replaced three 1000uF 10V caps as well as two 470uF 25V but the problem is still there. The original caps looked fine but I decided to gamble.

The power board is FSP048-3PI01 BN44-00082A.

So what else can I try?

    Cheers

      Maybe there's a bad CCFL.

Bad inverter transformer? Bad Inverter circuits? Bad lamps?
If you have two test lamps then it will save times trying to figure out if it is the board or lamps problems.
