Re: DCLLCD DCL7A - quick flash of the back lights only

I replaced Q11 & Q12 and was able to get from just a flash of light to basically 2 seconds to black. The lights would stay on for varying lengths of time and there was a distinct arcing sound with the original ccfls and known good ccfls.

I removed both transformers and found the secondary winding of transformer 1 to be non conductive. I'm not sure if this occurred during the removal process or not since all 4 ccfls were working when the monitor was exhibiting the 2 seconds to black. It's probably not worth the cost of a replacement transformer for a 17" monitor.

Nikon D800 camera - flash don’t work and capacitor don’t charge
      by corrize
      Hello, I'm stuck in troubleshooting…
The flash system works like that : when the (mechanic) flash button is pressed, the flash mecanically pop up, and a circuit buck boost elevate 7v (batt) to 200-300v (?) for charging the big capacitor. And when the photo shoot button is pressed, the capacitor is discharged in the xeon light.

In the D800, there is a first « power board » close to the battery. 2 wires (batt 7v) goes to another little « flash board ». I measured 7v, so ok.
When I press the flash button, it's detected by the system, flash icon appear on LDC display....

      70UH6350 Back lights
      by Musictuff
My LG tv started going dark a few seconds after powering on. I replaced the led back lights after doing the flashlight test. The problem I am having now is the bottom of the screen is really bright and the middle to the top of the screen is darker. I can actually see the individual leds at the bottom of the screen. Not sure why that is. I've tried lowering the backlight setting but I can still see the led's at the bottom, and the middle to the top of the screen gets even darker.
