    Dell SE198WFP Inverter Mosfets

The fault with this is that the 'N' Channel Mosfet in the Inverter Output circuit has gone short. My problem is that the other Output one is a 'P' Channel, and I do not know which is which ? this refers to Q205 and Q208 shown .Any help would be appreciated.

    Re: Dell SE198WFP Inverter Mosfets

Can I see the back side of the board so I can see how they are hooked up? More likely to be half bridge setup which mean the Source of the P-CH will be connected to the B+ and the Drain pin will be connected to the Drain pin of the N-CH, the N-CH's source will be connected to the Ground directly or through a small value resistor for currecnt sensing feedback.
