I wonder if this inverter circuit is similar to the royal oscillator we see in some of the Dells, and one half of it was staying on to long causing excessive amperage?
Maybe if PlainBill has some time he could give some idea what may have happened.
Here are the Digi-Key part numbers I used
    MMBT4403-TPCT-ND
    MMBT4401TPMSCT-ND
    568-1369-1-ND
I'll have to look into it further, but at first glance it's not a Royer oscillator. At first guess, I'd suspect some sort of parasitic oscillations that weren't damped because the filter caps were bad.

I´m glad to ear you fixed it too. I got different datas when testing the new ones out of the PCB and when they were soldered to it. That´s because I replaced components that seems to be ok. I had them, so, why not?
I´m sure that one ( or more) of the last I replaced was causing the problem. I kept them, so, I´ll try to test them and find out wich one is wrong.
    Thanks again.

Thanks blackrider 1 for the schematic it did help me to find a problem area.

PS: I replaced for the first time all caps (2 bulged and others),Q205 and Q206and ,although they were okay, F200,R210 and R206.

    Yes (#84):
"Recapped all the caps, changed Q206 and Q205, replaced F200 (although it was ok. I did it a continuity test. Why you guys do a GND-ONE TO OTHER SIDE test?) Replaced Q204 (it was burnt), Q208 (Not neccesary but I ordered them too), R210 and R206 (they were ok too)
All fuses seem to be ok (continuity test), I have 5V and 13,8 V at logic board connector (CN5).
All jumpers ( 0 SMD) are ok. "

    That´s all I´ve changed.
Remember that my board hadn´t any blown fuse, just Q204 lokked like burnt.

The very common failures of this board were capacitors, 2 Mosfets on the front of the board and the inverter fuse. Have you done anything with those?

    An interesting thing:
To check what lamp flashes, I turned off the lights in the room, and now, i can´t see anything flashing. After checking if I moved something or not, I realized that is not a flashing backlight, : It is the change of luminosity of the panel, when off ( completly dark) and when on ( a little more gray) This change of tonality look like a small and short flash but you can see that just with light in the room, not in the dark.
So, no backlights at all. Sorry for this mistake.

The power staying steady, With the back lamps flashing have me scratching my head!
Can you see if all the lamps are flashing or if it’s just one pair? It would probably best if you had some CCFLs that are not inside a panel

Pin 6 --1,48V, a few seconds afters powering the monitor on.
According to the datasheet of the IC inverter, is ok, I think

Pin 6 of the controller looks like it's the on/off pin, what is the voltage do you get on it?

At the logic board connector I get
    5 V pin ---5 V
    13.8 pin ---15 v

At pin 10 of the inverter controller ---- 4,8--4,9 V . It goes up and down ( maybe my pulse ) but not more than 4,9 v

    Thanks

From the way you describe your problem I am wondering if the backlight on signal is coming and going, to start, I would check it at the logic board connector, if that stays constant check and see what voltage is at pin 10 of the inverter controller

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
    by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

    Assuming...

Desoldering gun station modified to use a 18 volt @ 20 amp switching power supply
    by sam_sam_sam
I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

Modification to a ZD-987 desoldering/soldering station using a external switching power supply
    by sam_sam_sam
I have been working on this concept for quite some time now with limited success but recently I found a switching power supply that is setup for the voltage that this soldering station needs to operate at however it also needs part of the secondary circuit from the original switching power because you need several voltage rails

I once tried to get a ZD-915 desoldering station to work on a 18 volt battery power supply but unfortunately things did not go well but I did find a work around but I might try this idea again but going at a little differently more about this another time...

Denon AVR 1908, High pitch noise on Surround back Left channel after long overhaul

    Hello,

I know some might say... just buy another one. Sell it as parts..!

So had this AMP for quite some time. Recently I saw light smoke coming out of the AMP. Had my fire extinguisher close by. Just kidding. Turned immediately all devices off from mains.
Let things cool a bit, and opened up the amp device. I clearly saw on the main board which hosts the 5X amp (5.1), 3 10 ohms 1W resistors had their leads looking black, while the rest of the remaining 2 x 10 ohms were brownish as being installed from factory.

Spent some time downloading the Service...

Need help to identify and to locate a 0.33 ohms fusible resistor for power supply
    by gica69
I have a quad charger that is split into 4 separate sections and one section doesn’t charge anymore. I have located what I think is a thermistor and on the shrink tube it says 125 degrees C. I cut the shrink tube and it's a 33 ohms resistor. It measures a little less than 1/2 inch in length. I am including pictures of it. Please help me identify it. So, it should test at 0.4ohms and probably go up in resistance with the rise in temp. On the board it clearly says R for resistor. But it has to be a special one.
Resistor shows orange range silver gold and green lines.
    Thanks in adv...
