Parasound Zamp v1 - Guess who's coming to dinner

Just picked up this original Zamp. Only hooked it up in place of my Schiit Magni 3 momentarily to see if it functioned. Owner warned me the auto-on-off does not function and the unit must be unplugged to shut off. Has massive hum in both channels. The owner swears it must be a ground loop issue, which I've read they are sensitive to, but after opening the chassis up, I was met by a very uninvited ensemble of guests.

Needless to say I started writing down values and taking measurements and then fired up Digi-Key.

philips 47pfl6158k/12 image faded away, sound still coming from TV

Hi, my TV image started showing those lines and the image faded away, but sound is still coming from it, what could be the cause and is it fixable? I thought it could be the tcon board but I red on the internet that it could be a failing panel

Power supply in a dimmable GU10 LED lamp

So, I have these ridiculously expensive, discontinued LED bulbs from Megaman that change color temperature as they dim, to simulate halogen. I bought around a hundred maybe 10 years ago and most of them have failed. I've kept them, always figuring I'd find time to do something about it. Another one failed today so I decided to take it apart

Dang, it was hard work; the circuit board was entirely encased in this sort of grey silicone type material that would split apart if I dug a fingernail into it. Getting all that off leaves me looking at an obvious problem; something got too hot,...

LED Yard Light that was either not fully coming on or was flashing repeatedly every capacitor was bad

Yes I know I have not been on here much lately because they are killing at work I have taken a couple of days off so I could have a long weekend

So I had some time to replace the controller board in my pellet grill that haft of the display went out was able to find a new controller board and now it back working again

it one of these all in one screens for the main temperature display and the lights the power button the F/C button the timer button that section was not lighting up the only sections that were still working was the two small temperature sensor screens...

Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...
