I dumped the contents of a TPU chip, i de-CAPped all the bios versions, but i cant find the first row of the TPU fw in any the BIOS files, using HxD. (I expect that i have mismatching TPU flash and BIOS flash chips on the board!)...Leave a comment:

So, i bought a joblot with 10pcs Z170 Pro Gaming.
Two of them are having the exact same issue:
Every rail has its voltages, but VCORE and VCCGT are missing. VCCSA are present.
Reaction to power button (both on and off). Consumption is hanging on ~700mA (800-900mA with CPU cooler)
I checked:
-every low and high side FETs,
-every mosfet driver (NCP81166AMNTBG),
-the digi VRM (ASP1400BMNTXG)
-the TPU (KB3720QF)
All seems to be fine (not shorted and same resistances as on the other working mobo)

It is floating around as:
L13 Gen 2 (type 20VH, 20VJ) Laptops (ThinkPad) - Type 20VH LAR-2 MB 19837-1.bin.zip
But i have no access to that.
My problem is that on the main USB-C port, the ED7519 filter was shorted to ground on its 4-5-6-7 pins. I replaced that filter, but the power led sill blinks three times, so there is something else are still shorted/burned.
I think some part numbers that are exist on the schematic, it is not labelled on the PCB. That makes it hard to follow the...Leave a comment:
