Download original bios from asus site->Open the cap file with UEFITool->Right click on "Intel Image"->Select Extract as is...->You just saved the bin file for your bios, enjoy it.

Hi Pablo!
How can you repair broken pins? They were just bent?
And just to be sure: Did you reseted the bios? Voltage on the coin cell? Did you tried to remove the cell?

I saved the bios dump (attached), i checked it with uefi tool to get an idea of the cause, but i have no idea what to look for.

For the future adventurer: Before someone gets confused like me for a second, the bios chip is U49(SPI FLASH 16Mb), do not mistaken it with UT2 (8Mbit Flash)...

Check your board. Next to the usb 3.0 header there will be multiple "multi legged" components (esd filters).
One-or multiple of them got shorted. You can measure them, only one or two of its leg should be shorted to ground. In case if one of em is burned out, you can still read the part number on the other one, cause they are the same.
I only have schematic for the x570 gaming pro carbon. It is using these eight legged variants.

Power planes can be different, especially if one of them can deliver OC currents. But as far as i know there are some negotiation on every intel board about the generation. Probably for power delivery reasons. So there could be a knocked off component or cut trace that are not effecting the 10th gen, but it is causing problems on the 11th gen.
I would double check the components visually and then with a multimeter, below the socket:

I have the same problem. BIOS contained only junk, or at least i could only recover some junks from it. The thinkpad started with instant extreme heat from the CPU, without fan spin. I got a bios dump, i flashed it, the thinkpad came alive, but since it is posting 2100 detection error. Any chance to still save it?
