I found multiple listings on aliexpress with the "0201 33p" keywords.
If you are into this business and have the found, i recommend to you to also search for the "smd book" keyword....Leave a comment:

samstown if you still in the need...
Im stupid, it was easier to just pull both from the working board.
Bios version 3805 and its TPM flash. Both pulled from a working board....Leave a comment:

Hi, how could you extract the TPU FW?
I dumped the contents of a TPU chip, i de-CAPped all the bios versions, but i cant find the first row of the TPU fw in any the BIOS files, using HxD. (I expect that i have mismatching TPU flash and BIOS flash chips on the board!)...Leave a comment:

So, i bought a joblot with 10pcs Z170 Pro Gaming.
Two of them are having the exact same issue:
Every rail has its voltages, but VCORE and VCCGT are missing. VCCSA are present.
Reaction to power button (both on and off). Consumption is hanging on ~700mA (800-900mA with CPU cooler)
I checked:
-every low and high side FETs,
-every mosfet driver (NCP81166AMNTBG),
-the digi VRM (ASP1400BMNTXG)
-the TPU (KB3720QF)
All seems to be fine (not shorted and same resistances as on the other working mobo)
I switched the TPU flash (PM25LD512 manufactured...Leave a comment:

If anyone would share OPs request, the boardview, that would make me happy :-)
It is floating around as:
L13 Gen 2 (type 20VH, 20VJ) Laptops (ThinkPad) - Type 20VH LAR-2 MB 19837-1.bin.zip
But i have no access to that.
My problem is that on the main USB-C port, the ED7519 filter was shorted to ground on its 4-5-6-7 pins. I replaced that filter, but the power led sill blinks three times, so there is something else are still shorted/burned.
I think some part numbers that are exist on the schematic, it is not labelled on the PCB. That makes it hard to follow the...Leave a comment:

I see where you modded the dump, but cant imagine the reason. Any idea what could be still wrong?...Leave a comment:

So... I tried to heal the bios myself, with the above mentioned video, but made no difference. No display, keyboard is lit, battery charges, fan spins when CPU gets hot (->working EC)
Original dump and my editing are also added, in case someone wants to correct me.
Model Number: SF313-52
Serial Number : NXHQWEG00601301CED2N00
(Upload says im not allowed to upload bin... so Gdrive link added)

Hola Pablo!
I just tested my low temp solder paste, it is advertised as 185°C paste, but the foxconn socket starts to melt before the paste. I will try more airspeeds. I have spare boards and sockets to test...
Back to the QCODE 8. Do you have a DDR socket tester? My CPU problems are often coming from bad traces to the DDR memory, so thats always the first that i check. What if you try it with only 1 dimm, and you switch that dimm around the sockets?

Hard to identify them by their three character label, they can be too new to have their datasheet out in the wild. Take a "birdview" shot around the port (like my screenshot about the boardview), that can help to guess if its some sort of driver ic or just an ESD filter. We could compare it to other MSI boards then.
I already repaired a few boards with burnt ESD filters, i just took the replacement ones from donor boards, and all what i care about is to have the same diode layout in their datasheet, and so far, they were all the same. I mean, the 6 legged ones were the same, and...Leave a comment:
