    Pioneer AVH-210EX component identification

Hey, guys.. I was replacing an amplifier in a Pioneer AVH-210EX. When I pulled off the kapton tape, the tops of two SMD components came off with it. Can anyone help me identify these two packages?

By markings looks like fuses for left & right channels.

They are not fuses but could be inductors (coils) Is there a legend off to the side (outside the white boarder) that shows what the component is IE L1, L2, C1 C2 etc.

Thanks for the help. I don't see any reference designators on the board for these components.

Thanks. Is there any way to estimate the inductor rating? I'd rather replace it, but if it can be done with little detriment to the operation of the radio, I might just try jumping.

              Pioneer - AVH-z5200dab component identification
              by dutn
              Dear forum colleagues,

Here I have a Pioneer - AVH-z5200dab of which the 5Vdc USB voltage is missing.
IC451 is defective and a capacitor is defective (short circuit).

Now I can't find a service manual for this specific unit anywhere, nor can I identify the step-down converter chip IC451.
This is (I think) a Microchip(?) DC/DC converter in a QFN-24 package. I can't find the type on the Microchip site. It also does not work via Google and image search.
Markings on the chip: "008 630B"

              Does anyone have an idea?

Mounting and Handling Guidelines for TO220 TO220F TO247 Cases / Packages

The TO220, TO220F and TO247 are the popular packages for power devices because of their versatility and ability to dissipate moderate amounts of heat. This application note describes the basic guidelines for handling power MOSFETs in TO220, TO220 and TO247 packages shown in Figure 1. Please note that only mechanical and soldering guidelines are covered here. Additional precautions are required for isolating high voltage rated devices to meet safety regulations.

Pioneer PL-X9 motor speed control wobble
              by Bushcat
I'm starting to re-cap a Pioneer PL-X9 turntable, specifically the motor control board, because although everything tests out OK according to the service manual, the speed wavers slightly despite the quartz lock light remaining on. So, I've decided to re-cap that board since it's the cheapest next step...

Pioneer's passive component naming convention is clear to me. For example, CSZA R22M 35 is tantalum, radial leads, 0.22uF, 20%, 35V.

BUT there are two capacitors on the board which have actual Pioneer part numbers: PCL-042. I can tell they are 0.1uF, 16V but don't...

Pioneer Kuro Pro 111FD 8 blink red LED.

I have been trying to solve the power-down 8-blink red LED problem with my Pioneer.

So far I have replaced the power supply board, and the digital assembly board, I have reconnected the ribbons to all boards, ensuring the connections are good. Even though the problem is the 8 red light error and not the more common 8 blue light error code, I had Kcrownie,
based in North Carolina replace the chips that cause the 8 blue LED problem (the main board and audio board) the plasma is still powering...

              Pioneer VSX-44 receiver HDMI dropouts
              by RatherLoopy
I have an older Pioneer receiver (VSX-44) that's been dropping the HDMI output (black screen) for a few seconds every few minutes. Setup is HTPC -> Pioneer DVD HCMI in -> Pioneer HDMI out -> Samsung TV HDMI in, all with cheap HDMI cables that have never caused trouble before..

I initially found a lot of play in the receiver's HDMI inputs and output so I kind of squeezed them back into shape and they're making a tighter connection, but the problem persists.

And also, often, the HDMI will drop out in exactly the same way (black screen) just as my central air...
