Onkyo TX-NR515 No Power

Hello

Ive got an 515 who doesnt do anything also no standby.
When checking both fuses they are oke.
Also ive got 9V and 12V to the HDMI Board, the board makes an high noise when pressing the power button.

That power supply board makes high pitch noise or some other boards?

Does this have the power relay? If yes, it may be broken. I salvaged TR-NR414 with no power, the relay was the cause.

Problem solved it was the power relay after replacing that it worked again
