Need Help! ...............on this Hifonics 2006D car Amplifier. came with burned (R225? other side R226 is 47 ohm 2W resistor) resistor, changed R still burned once again?

I Put a piece wire then it works during A week, should I give back to customer like this? I can't keep on testing!

That resistor and the cap that is connected in series (R226, C202 on the good side) with that cap looks to be ZOBEL network, you should find out if the cap has leakage resistance or not.

That resistor and the cap that is connected in series (R226, C202 on the good side) with that cap looks to be ZOBEL network, you should find out if the cap has leakage resistance or not.

Thank you very much , After changed this 102 Mylar capacitor, the 47 ohm resistor still gets hotter than the other side, So put wire jumper for customer to pick up. All I fix is put A piece of wire.

if you were close to me i would throw 3 working car amps your way for a couple of beers . and some speakers ..

You do fix car Amp! How about speaker, If I can wound copper coil then I can fix the speaker. I rejected all the customers ask me this question.

i travelled Indonesia and i saw lots of voice coils for sale in electronics shop .. wish i had bought them now ..all sizes all impedance's . cant remember where now ..maybe medan i dont know for sure .. might have been flores ..
i dont fix car amps i have plenty working ones they are cheap or free here .. i dont even like them .

Since it is class D I would look the output with the Osc.scope to see if there is high frequency coming out at the output.
What wire jumper? Where?

Customer already picked-up. I only have an old photo, the difference is i add a new 1000 pf Mylar capacitor and wire.
