    Onkyo HT-RC560 transistor question

I have picked one of these up with the same Chk Sp Wire issue, so I have found shorted finals, ceramic resistor, a 2SA1200-Y transistor and another 120Ohm resitor showing a weird number.
I need to remove these and re check them again, to be sure.
But I know for sure that the 2SA1200-Y is shorted between C-E.
I can't find this transistor around here, only in China.
Which other transistor, could I use in it's place(complementary is 2SC2880-Y).
I have found something on Digikey, but I'm not good at this and I don't feel confident in choosing a replacement transistor.

I'm working, with the TX-NR626 schematics. I believe, they should be the same.
In the 636 schematics, there is a INA6006AP1 transistor(Q5441-R channel).
    Any help, would be appreciated.

This came up at All Transistors Data Sheet site but you'll have to get someone to vet these as I can't translate it either.

    Code:
    Cross-reference Search Result (Equivalent Transistors)

The formatting didn't come up very well.. Is the HT-RC560 the equivalent or sibling of the TX-NR626 ?

I don't have a 626 at this moment, but online, that is what people are saying, that is the same.
        Thanks for that list.

These guys have it in stock and are in CA but have a $25 min might want to see if they have anything else you need.

They are actually pretty close to me, but I don't think, that they sell over the counter.
I think that I will use, what I have used in the 636: DXT5551DICT-ND, FCX555CT-ND.
I will see how it will work.

Diodes Incorporated shows this as an exact match for the 2SA-1200

              http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...96CT-ND/334756

And this one for the 2SC2880

              Hope this helps.

                Re: Onkyo HT-RC560 transistor question

I have put back, the 2SC2880-Y and I have used the FCX555CT in 2SA1200-Y's place and it seems, like it's working great.
Another one repaired. This one, is pretty much the TX-NR626, under different name.
Thank you for everybody, who helped.
