    Usually I measure the final transistors for short and the ones that are shorted, I just cut there legs. Than I reset the receiver and it should start right up.

      Check your 5v power supply if this is the model with @ switchmode standby psu..

      Seem these amps are all flawed in some way..
      School fees paid as everyday is a learning curve.
