    Re: um...dishwasher?

Keep in mind bad/cracked solder joints on circcuit boards where harness plugs into.

2 years ago I think, I helped my friend fix his recent front loading cloth washer.
The controller board/box is above the drum tank, friend knew about electronics and repair but was not sure if it was joints. So I took good look and they were.
    No problem since.

somewhere there will be a list of blink codes for it.
might be easier to figure out who really built it.the name brand may be more common than the rebadge and easier to get info for.

I might go hook up the pump directly to the AC and see if we got a runner there

                      Re: um...dishwasher?

Is the pump supposed to run on AC? That may be a bad idea...

Surely it gets DC from the circuit boards...

The pump is a big load.

Lenovo G50-80 Auto Power On when AC is detected
                            by classicandy
                            Hi Everyone,

I have a Lenovo G50-80 that auto powers On when AC (Charger) is connected. I have checked the BIOS settings and there is no option to turn On or Off that feature as it is in some HP EliteBooks. I did update the BIOS and still same.

I then flashed the BIOS with a different bin file I downloaded here, It worked (didn't auto power on) for some time (after testing up to 5 times) but has now started again to auto power on when AC is connected.

The CMOS battery voltage is 3v. I have also tested with two main batteries as well. I would be glad if anyone...

                            by dumblejd
My friend has a evga rtx 2080 super, and with liquid cool backplate. I installed for him. 4 month ago it runs good, and recently idk if he played with msi afterburner or not, the gpu slow it's core frequency when it's over 60 degree. I reset setting in msi afterburner, still the same.

here is a video of it running stress test, the usage is always 100% for sure, but core frenquency drop to 300mhz (should be over 1600mhz normally), when it hit 60 degree.

Fixed: Lenovo P14s Gen 1 (type 20Y1, 20Y2) Laptop (ThinkPad) bricked by a withdrawn BIOS update (r1buj82w)

                            Hi!
Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

Incidentally, Windows 11 have recently started auto-flashing computer BIOS in our region. Even more suspiciously, Lenovo has released a BIOS update just few days before the PC was trashed. About a week later, the BIOS update image has been oficially marked...
