    Finding appropriate datasheet or equivalent MOSFET

    Hello guys,
    I'm trying to find an equivalant MOSFET of the following:
    https://www.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21532307398856

    I'm not able to find a datasheet for this A2719 MOSFET, and I'm not sure if this is equivalent http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/data...PA2719GR.shtml

    Can you pleas confirm that A2719 M mosfet is actually UPA2719GR?

      It seems to be NEC uPA2719 P-ch -30V 20.9mohm (-4.5VGS) 2W, ESD gate diode

      Newer parts have better (lower) on resistance but hard to find with them with an ESD protection gate-zener diode. Alpha&Omega do not have much for P-ch and none have a ESD gate zener diode.
      Later parts like Renesas uPA2736-2738 (no zener), NEC uPA2718 are improved
      Not sure if the original has thermal pad Power SO-8 or not.

          I am trying to replace an AON7403 Mosfet but i dot not have in my stock the same. So i wonder if there is any equivalent to this Mosfet.

          I tried to use this method:

          Testing an N-channel MOSFET:

          Step 1: Discharge the Gate (turn off the MOSFET)
          Place the black probe (COM) on the Source (S) and the red probe on the Drain (D). The multimeter should show no continuity (high resistance or "OL" – open line).
          Then, touch the black probe to the Source (S) and the red probe to the Gate (G). This discharges any stored charge in the Gate, turning the MOSFET off.

          Step 2: Charge the Gate (turn on the MOSFET)

          it's for motherboard ram voltage.
