    looking for equivalent mosfet for (IR3598MTRPBF)

    Hi,

    I'm looking for an equivalent dule mosfet for (IR3598MTRPBF - Dual MOSFET Driver, High Side, and Low Side, 4.0V to 13.2V Drive voltage, 20 ns delay, QFN-16)

    it's for motherboard ram voltage.

    I hope someone can help me.

      Looks like Infineon bought that part of International Rectifier. Not sure if DigiKey operates in Hyderabad, India, but https://www.digikey.com/en/products/.../IR3598/286645 . If it doesn't, maybe Infineon has a distributor there.

          I am trying to replace an AON7403 Mosfet but i dot not have in my stock the same. So i wonder if there is any equivalent to this Mosfet.

          I tried to use this method:

          Testing an N-channel MOSFET:

          Step 1: Discharge the Gate (turn off the MOSFET)
          Place the black probe (COM) on the Source (S) and the red probe on the Drain (D). The multimeter should show no continuity (high resistance or "OL" – open line).
          Then, touch the black probe to the Source (S) and the red probe to the Gate (G). This discharges any stored charge in the Gate, turning the MOSFET off.

          Step 2: Charge the Gate (turn on the MOSFET)

          Hello everyone, I recently found this badcaps site and super Learn Electronics Repair youtube channel. And I wanted to learn how to troubleshoot power supplies and VGA cards and how to practice soldering, since I already have a properly defective piece of them. I am currently trying to solve two problems:
