My bad it is a cap (100uf-35v) bent over 90 degrees to make room for the daughter card

Here is what the joints look like up close (third mentioned is the same way: https://postimg.cc/PCvddfJF :

Searched Ebay for "PNP Sot23" and find tons...what voltage/current do you guys think I should try to replace Q10-"ZDW 38"? All I have from other projects are NPN

All the information you need is in the datasheet.

You think the link bud provided is correct? I am asking because I do not know.

Here is the Datasheet. The "38" is ONLY a datecode, it will be different on the same transistor depending on WHEN it was made.
Here is a picture of the same part made in HONKONG (date code 23)

                Identifying a 'FS45' SOT23 device
                by Nevillet
                Hi All,

I'm trying to repair a PCB that has some surface mount SOT23 devices that apear to be transistors but testing them on the board are giving confusing results.

Its named FS45 but I can't find a datasheet that seems correct.

The device is used in 10 places on the PCB. In 4 cases they appear to be controling triacs and the attached picture it shows it connected to a BT136 triac with the FS45 connected to the gate leg of the BT136.

Can anyone identify the device and suggest an alternative?

                Many thanks.

                PS: I have...

                SOT23-5 LiFePO4 protection IC? 13D1S?
                by eccerr0r
                I have a SOT23-5 marked

                "13D1 S"

I wonder if anyone recognizes this IC? It should be a LiFePO4 protection IC, but having problems finding the datasheet, anyone recognize this?

G00gl3 returns a 6-pin LDO which is not quite right...

                SMD code ADSH & F1FD sot23-5 identify?
                by dicky96
                Hi guys
These devices are in some MAG250 IPTV boxes near the power input

I have several faulty ones but they are not all identical

On several I have an SOT23-5 device marked ADSH. Working anti-clockwise from the dot, Pin 2 is ground and pin 6 is 3.3V supply input. Pin 5 is missing of course

On one other I have an SOT23-5 device marked F1HD in the same location but the PCB track layout is different (there are also some extra resistors/capacitors in this area). This one has Pin 1 & 2 ground (I can see they are connected to the same track on the PCB)...

                Hi guys
Does anyone know what these two components are?

First one is SOT23 marked LPS 6CB
The other one is SOT23-6 marked S43BbbA

C223NA Chromebook - SOT23-5 burning hot on thermal cam
                by kroman
                Hello,

I have a C223NA Rev 2.2 motherboard, wont boot. when plugging in power via usb-c, it consumes about 0.160 - 0.197a (see pic)

I put it under thermal cam because I felt a component getting really hot (see pic).

The component has markings G5M, but I am unable to find any values for it, or schematics/boardviews. Ive outlined it in red in one of the attached pictures.

It looks like a SOT23-5 package to me.

Would anyone happen to recognize the markings?

                *edit*

actually, i forgot... I was able to find schematics...
