Strange problem and solution (BIOS - Bad Caps)
Hi,
I was working on a laptop motherboard, all the caps (including polarized ones), resistors and some of the inductors were shorting the ground.
I've tried many things, changing MOSFETs, caps, etc.. but nothing did solve the problem.
After re-programming a new bios made the trick and the laptop works perfect now.
I'd like to ask if the problem, shorting to ground, was because of bad BIOS? This is the first time i see a lot of shorts.
