    Ac-det

I removed a power supply board from my Vizio VIZO P702ui-B3. The power supply is labeled V09-70CARD40-00.
It is out of the TV and when I supply 120VAC I don't read any voltages on the board.
My question is how do I trick the board into turning on? Do I supply a voltage to AC-DET? Also on the board is PS-ON, and 12V-AU.

    Thank you for any help.

    Re: Ac-det

If you don't read "any voltages on the board" start by checking if the a/c fuse is ok, then check if you have 160v across one of the main filter caps (IE: between M27 &M34)
You should have around +12v on +12VS, If you do, connect +12VS to PS-ON using a 1kΩ resistor. that should turn on the +12V-AU

Thank you. There was 163VDC on M27 M34, but no voltage on +12VS. I did find +12V on u102 pin 2 and applied it to PS-ON via a 1K resistor, and then got +12.7v on +12V-AU.
However, I did not get any 24V or any other 12V on the board. I wish I had a schematic!

Use another 1kΩ resistor between +12VS and T CON_ON and see if the +12V T CON and 24V1
When you connected the PS-ON with the 1K, did the voltage on the main capacitor go from 162VDC to aprox, 380VDC?
It should if the PFC circuit is working.
If not, check what voltage you have across C328, that seems to be the VCC source for the main and pfc ic's
