Help finding mosfet interchange

I have some bad, KHB 5D0N50f If you need the other numbers i can get them, but i think there production run numbers.
I think this is the data sheet :


So i dont know how to find a good replacement.

I typed it in to mouser and It gave me STF5N52K3
its data sheet:

seems they are out but digi-key has them

Im still new to all this and not sure how close the parameters need to be, are what parameters for that matter.

p.s. If you got the time feel free to help me understand what we are need to compare.

p.p.s. These run a back light to a tv. they get volt from 450v cap, send to transformer to get ~1000V+

I would use this QPF6N60C 6N60 6N60C 600V 6A Canal N MOSFET.

PS: It is a TO-220F, it is easier to mount on heatsink.

It has 2 Ohms RDS than his original which is 1.5 Ohms, so it will run hotter. I did not look at other the details spec to see what else are.

Seems the one mouser cross referenced seems bang on all for ID
original= 5A
mouser cross referenced = 4.4A

How big of deal is this?
