changing Direct-Lit LEDs take too long.

When I change 20 Direct-Lit LEDs, took me almost two day to finish, is there any fast way to do it, the one nobody has parts (LED strips ), need to change one by one, sometime LED's PCB burnt out.....

Anybody has suggestion, my goal is about 20 minutes, I cant sit here all day just changing LEDs , I need my life.

        Yes, look this

There is another way to fix which I prefered. More green , more recycle, faster and less money.

Re: changing Direct-Lit LEDs take too long.

PCB has white paint so I can't see the copper traces too good, LED polarity keep change also confused me.
Fist I tested 10 LEDs no good, gave A low estimate, end up need to change all LED strips. I do have only need to change one or two LED and fix the tv, over here I mean the DOG.

Now is third day still sit on my bench, but I work over here and there about 10 different items.

Premade the dLED universal modules when you need it will be faster. Does anybody have better idea?

PS: the back of LED module has 3M double tape preinstalled.

You could use a battery spot welder if you modified the amount of time or current to do the welding you would not need very much time or current

Or you could make one out of a microwave oven transformer and a time controller and a set of battery welding stud pins if you want to make one send pm message and I will try to help you make one it takes a little time to make one I made one but I have not made a case to house all the hardware

Here is what you would need

A modified microwave oven transformer or find broken microwave oven on the side of the road or dumper diving
                            A mil-second timer
A set of battery welding stud pins
And battery welding strapping very narrow very thin

All of these items can be bought on eBay

Also once you get the right results then you need a mil-second timer or use a SCR driver controller to give you fine adjustment control of your welder to weld
