These two repairs where found with a ESR meter...> Temp at 50*F then at 90*F the ESR reading more than 10%
1 Over Head Crane Current Sensing Board ( VFD Failure Five Years Later )
2 Hem Saw Computer Stack Board
All of these had
CAPs POOF
All of the mosfet that are taken out by bad caps -

I could not find the semiconductor manufacturer's logo.
It looks like it starts with 'P'. That is where I would search first.
I read the IC markings as:
P? G77
00A3P
844ABComment

What's it go to? Maybe we could find a schematic for the device and it'll tell us what it is. I believe it's a QFN package. Perhaps that'll help you a little? You probably already know that though, especially if you were able to remove it.
