    The power supply has two voltages (3 if we count the power enable rail). One is the 12V that's on when the console is on, and the other is the 5V standby, which is always present, this is where the nand chip is getting powered from.

            I was about to choose a car relay for you that have 30A contacts that make really loud snap noise... and dump intense inductive feedback into delicate electronics... but decided not to, and instead chose something from China.
