Need Apple TV HDMI port

Have an Apple TV with a bad HDMI port but of course it's proprietary and part of the charge port so can't just go salvaging off any junk board.

I've checked eBay but don't see anyone selling replacements. Anyone know if it's possible to find these anywhere?

Image of the port ? Also model of the Tv ?
