    TV cooling fan

I've got a couple Samsung led tv's with the dreaded "tab bond" issue. I've got one of them band-aided and been working fine for months, but I haven't put the back back on. It generates a bit of heat, and a while back I mentioned on the forums about installing a couple cooling fans (when I was trying to educate myself on a different repair). A guy chimed favorably so I'm reasonably sure it can be done, loadwise. The issue I'm taking is noise. I've got 300mmx10mm fans, and 40mmx10mm fans. They both run nice and quiet when I've got them on a 9volt source, but make too much racket on a 12v feed. Is there a 9v feed somewhere in these LED Sammy's that'll take 4 of these? They're .08a fans. If not, is there a way I can tap the 12v feed from the power board and cut it down?
    Thanks

Update....Got 4 30mm fans installed, ran fine for a bit, then as things heat up in the tv the voltage goes up. All starts nice and quiet, then the fans speed up. In addition to the speed, the fans seem to not be holding up well. Got at least one making a part-time whine. I'm assuming the voltage spike is due to expansion in the step-down unit's adjuster. I ordered a different style that's all done electronically (set voltage, no adjustment), so we'll see how that one does...once I figure out what fans to use.

RTX3090 working fine but fans not spinning
            by emil_t
Hello guys. I have a problem with a PNY XLR8 GAMING RTX3090 graphics card. The problem is that it displays and works fine, but the fans don't spin at all. The problem occurred when someone else removed the fans in order to clean it and broke one of the fan connectors. He replaced it himself and after that, it wasn't working anymore. I guess he damaged something else in the process. What i have done so far: I found 2 capacitors next to the connector that were in a bad shape, he must have touched them with his tools - they weren't shorted, but i replaced them with similar ones from a similar card....

            Samsung R530 Bremen motherboard cooling
            by Ace Perception
            Hi,
I'm wondering if anybody out there has much knowledge of Samsung Bremen motherboards.
I've got a Samsung R530 which is about 10 years old, over the last 12 months it developed a worsening problem where when asked to do much work it would shut itself down. I had a good idea this was due to overheating which was confirmed by a temperature monitor programme which showed little balls of fire next to the various internal temperature readings. I could also prevent it shutting down if I placed a huge fan running at full speed in front of its air intake!
So I went in pursuit of...

            Good Afternoon, Good People.

I know this will be an elementary little project for most if not all of you, but I thought I would write a post and get put on track, rather than bumbling my way through it with all kinds of trials and errors.

I REALLY would appreciate y'alls help.

This is the problem - My wife and I purchased a big ol Victorian/Colonial House in NYC two years ago. The kitchen is surrounded on 3 sides by exterior walls, there is also a 1/4 of the kitchen floor (ceramic tiles) that has a crawl space underneath, and the kitchen gets FREEZING cold...

            Cleaning cooling laptop fans
            by myth77
I received acer predator helios 300 with overheating issue. So when i disassemble it i could see a lot of dust everywhere. To clean it proper i had to open the fans because they didnt even spin because of the dust. So i clean everything and put a good quality thermal paste...but i have the problem. One of the fans is not spining..it is trying because i can see a little move but its seems stucked. So i disassmble it again and try to clean it again with isopropil alcohol...and it worked... but for only a day. Tomorrow again not spining. Again i used isopropil alcohol to clean the vent niddle and...

            Liquid cooling?
            by Hondaman
I hope my computer does not randomly reboot while typing this. My main system is the AsRock 970A-G/3.1 motherboard with the AMD 8150 chip. I am experiencing FREQUENT and RANDOM reboots once the system is used for a couple of hours (sometimes it reboots before I even get to the Win7/Linux Mint dual-boot screen). The problem MIGHT be the DRAM controller chip (I recently upgraded to the maximum 64 GB RAM). It also might be the VRM chips. I am using a typical aftermarket CPU cooler, which does NOT blow air DOWN onto the VRM heat sink.

(After previous generation hardware [Gigabyte] didn't...
