Help me identify this flash

Hi!
I have an ADATA C-906 DashDrive 8GB white pendrive(AC906-8G-RWH).
It's broken, but i want to identify the flash on it, to know if i can read it with an eeprom writer(Minipro TL866CS). And i also would like to know if it is possible to make files out of the raw .bin file.

It doesn't have any marks...
It is a TSOP48 package.
The only numbers on it are the following:

it wont go in the minipro, it's a serial flash.

its serial, as TSJ says. it wont work. if you can get a serial programmer and your on linux the bin file will mount as a vfat FS.

use another usb-key or an XD-card adapter as an interface.

First of all i would need the exact type of the flash...a serial programmer is also avaible, but the pc doesn't handle it well...this why is use the minipro with adapter.
Other usb-key is not available...
The type is needed to start the reading, after it is done i can move to linux.

does the controller chip have a part number?

Yes, it is: Silicon Motion SM3257EN

get a datasheet.
and check the usb plug soldering/contacts.

.........%$#%$#%$#^#%....YES i do have one(TNM2000+) very good on TSOP 48 NAND, OR gate Flash chips programmer...........^%##^%##%&.......because it's the most cheap I could found in 3 months.....%$#%$@%$.....about $180 without the adapters.......%#@%$@#@......I do have TL866A not enough chips in Nand flash they supported.......%$@%@%$@....... then go a head.....

With adapter , they can do 56 & 48 pins...%$@#%$@#%......I think ...is an Indian smart person develop the tester.....%$@%$%@........ Yes, they are good at Maths

Most common way to do it is buy another AC906-8G-RWH swap the 8GB Flesh and try to read from USB to Ur computer..........If not............then programmer
