Help to identify ATMEL SPI Flash - ATMLH184

On flash, I see marking: ATMLH184, but according to datasheets of this vendor, this marking only explains Year, etc...

So I can't make it read by programmer, it also can't identify it. How can I find a datasheet?

Actually it was 5BBL, ATMEL 8535 EEPROM AT25320b
