Any one here good at 360 hacks ( nand ) ?

    Hello everyone .

I guess this board is not familiar with xbox 360 stuff but i have really got no support from specialized forums since they require buying some products to give support .

So am running a small business nowadays , and am recovering some consoles to sell them after .

I have a console that comes without dvd reader , so i must get the dvd key to install another drive in it .

But to get that key i must install a hack in the console witch is the rgh hack .

This hack requires having a good extraction of the console's nand witch contains all the consoles programs and details ( menu ) .

But one extraction ( dump) is not enough , because we need multiple dumps to compare them and get a match , that's when we make sure the dump is good to go .

But in my case i have done 6 dumps , and there is no match between them .

So is there a possibility to build one clean dump from all the dumps ??

NB: the dumped file is in hex and the size is 16.5 mb , the extention is bin

no, you ned to fix your jtag.

if you have fitted a gltcher board then for get the dvd drive - it will be able to store the games on a harddrive.

look here for info without buying stuff.

Not sure if someone is still reading this, but... What method of reading the nand are you using? If it's the lpt method try getting a matrix nand reader. They are a lot cheaper than the nand-x and can get the job done. If you are using some sort of a nand reader resolder everything with flux. Also what kind of wires are you using? Don't use tick wires! Use low resistance ones. If it still doesn't work with a nand reader try the lpt method.
Also I know it doesn't seem logical, but unplug the xbox HDD before doing the read.
If you need any more info/assistance post here I'll keep watching the thread.
P.S. Shorter wires might also help.
