Anybody knows anything about this TO-220 MOSFET? I found some references to it being IRF3205, probably for OEM deliveries since I've taken it out from some APC UPSes…but nothing for sure.

This one? 110A rating is about right since it running at 12~48V batteries but at high current to drive the inverter transformer.

I don't know from what part of the UPS it is so I won't even guess. Just desoldered bag of power transistors and diodes and now I am trying to find what they are. I got few IRF3205 as well and than these 94-2354. Found references of them being EOL (not lead-free) so they are genuine and existing part.
