What is this component ? smd double diode like, marking code : RX

Hello, do you know what it is this component marked RX please ? I can't find it. Probably it is a part of serie, because I saw another marked RW.

    Several possibilities here:

We would get a better idea if you showed us a photo of the surrounding components.

Thanks for reply. See the area around. In the largest picture, the RX component is missing, you can see 3 pads only. There is a parallele configuration, so the component beside could have the same function (It is a camera DLSR board).
I saw the list of "RX", and I noticed thic component could be a LM4050, maybe ? only because it is a common component, and because in the board that could be a power controleur-regulator, and because that could be in comparison configuration, but.... I guess, it is a general idea, nothing precise ?

So use a other RX component and measure it with transistor tester, gain, voltage drop, hopefully its not a ic... I think it is in sot-323 package. The your choosen replacement shall same specification.

Are pins 2 and 3 of RX and DQ internally connected? If so, then they are probably diodes (zeners?) or voltage references of some kind.

I can't see it being a transistor, as the third pin doesn't appear to be connected. Moreover, why would there be two different transistors in two otherwise identical circuits?

Thanks for reply, the original RX is lost, but I found 2 other « RX » side by side on the board (see pictures)
I measured in circuit, in diode mode and resistance mode (see schematics) but the result is not obvious for me ? I guess it is not a zener, and not a diodes, maybe not a transistor because I cant see clearly a « diode ».
I noticed no pin is ground, and I noticed the 2 pins at same sides are linked to same pin to other (see picture).
The board is dead, so the components can be defectives.
If necessary, I can desolder one and measure out of board ?

The RX components look like a P-channel MOSFET ???

Did you desolder the gate resistors in your earlier photos?

One of the photos shows two G-S junctions in parallel. Two B-E junctions in parallel wouldn't make sense.

                      How about RZM001P02T2L?

                      https://www.mouser.com/ds/2/348/rzm001p02-515260.pdf (datasheet)

                      https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesa...001P02T2L.html (photos)

If the device is made in Japan, a Rohm MOSFET would make sense.

Mosfet is a good idea. That explain all the measurements « open ».
In the previous photo, RX component and 2 resistors indeed are missing because destroyed by rust (see photo before cleaning, the resistor on top has same value the one beside : 1MOhms).

You found it. RZM001P02T2L match 100% indeed. Probably I would never found it, thanks. I will order it and replace.

                            NO BODY MARKING Diode
                            by dennis_elx33
                            Hello Everyone,
I have 1 diode on a circuit that I suspected to be faulty because the forward and reverse bias has a voltage drop reading.
While compared to the reading of another diode from the next channel it won't read at reverse bias.
Now the problem is; it does not have any body marking.
So I tried to sketch the diagram and found out that it is connected to the base and collector of the C3632 transistor.
What do you think is this diode?
Can you please suggest what part number can i use to replace this faulty diode instead?

                            Hoping that you...

Diode marked as "E57".........not able to find it by reference
                            by Francesc V.
                            Hi:

I have what it might seem a zener diode. It's marked as E57, but I haven't found any reference that might match my observations.

I've took one from the same circuit and tested isolated with the power supply and a 1k resistor. with 10V, the possible zener stays at 6.6V.

                            It seems a SOD123 package. It measures (2.6mm x 1.6 mm).

                            Any idea? it's a 6.6V zener?

                            by debidoobs
                            Hello,

im actually trying to save a d1500 delay from yamaha. I found the service manual but schematic is missing and BOM list is a bit unclear as components listed have no reference linked to the pcbs... In my case, one zener diode was broken (114 code on the pcb in attached file) and couldn't be repaired : it was a zener type package. In the BOM list i found 3 reference on this board : 1S555 (can be replaced by 1N4148), RD4.7EB2 (approx 5v rectifier), RD7.5EB3 (approx 7v rectifier)...

Actually the cathode goes to VCC of sram M5M5118P, without this diode missing, i have...

SMD Diode marked (?) E27 NMC
                            by AllElectronicsRepairs
I have DRUCK UPS-III-IS Loop Calibrator to repair, and I found one faulty diode (O.L. both ways, even out of the circuit). The SMD code on it is E27 NMC. by ON Semi. I can't find anywhere on the internet what kind of diode it is. Being the calibrator, all elements may be crucial, to be exact, so I really don't want to mess up with any diode there. Especially if it needs to be Shottky or a particular Zener. It is connected between a Poly capacitor and in series with another (different) diode (MX47A) - pictures attached....
