hello everyone i got 37 technika lcd tv psu board is really loudly seems like electrical noise psu board is vestel 17pw20.1 i bought repair kit and put on board still same and i re solder all the caps on the board any help will be really
appreciated no caps bulged on the board

Yes, I've had this before due to poor PFC circuit fault. It will get worse as the PFC circuit drifts further out.

did you just replace psu than or repaird bud

I replaced the PSU because I had a spare one lying around.
