Thyristor?

I think this is a thyristor. If that's what "th" means on the board. Numbers are B1

It has continuity between the two legs. I tested in diode mode and it has .18V forward and reverse. Is this good or bad?

That is Thermistor, Thyristor is the semiconductor device such as SCR, or bidirectional triode thyristor (or TRIAC)
Just Google Thermistor.
