Cap ESR reading is it right?

The cap is an ELNA LP5 35V 6800 uF with a reading, out of circuit, of 0.01ohm. The meter is an ESR-2501A.

The capacitance is 6270 uF using an Iso-Tech 9023.

Does this sound about right for this size cap?
