That fuse is known as a radial fuse. They sell them at any online electronics supplier like Digikey.
You could also replace it will a axial leaded fuse as well. They're called picofuses. They look like a standard axial resistor but they have a green package.

It says T 2A. Its a slow blow. F is fast blow and M is in betweenComment

The monitor had been working for a while now.
I did a McGyver, cracked a 1A 250V glass fuse from my stash, use its filament to close the circuit underneath.
I'm about to re-order caps at Digikey so this reminded me to properly fix this monitor.Comment

That's a first for me a slow blow on a LCD monitor supply.
If the fuse is blown you have an over current condition somewhere most likely a bad semiconductor. You need to troubleshoot that first.

I bought a dead motherboard, and connected it to this PSU,
Was checking the standby voltages on the motherboard, and, whilst doing so, the PSU made a loud bang with a flash of light.
So now i truly got a bang for my bucks, and something else to try and fix.
The fuse was blowen, and the top was blowen off of a TNY276PN chip
The glass fuse didn't have any marking to say if it was fast or slow blow
So i checked the marking on the PCB thinking that that would tell me,
but it 's got a T/F8A printed on the board
So should i get a fast blow fuse, or should... -
Hello, I disassembled this dead camera, and found this WTF… Two fuses soldered one above the other !
I was pretty sure nobody touched it before, but that can't be from factory. There is flux, and capacitor is probably missing.
The other weird thing : the fuses are « G » fuse : (0.75A – 8V), seems very low. The original fuse should be « O » : (32V 2,5A).
There is « O » mark beside. All fuses have the same mark letter on main board. So, I can deduce it's a « O » fuse.
And this correspond to the issus I saw : when I plug the battery, I measure the voltage dropping... -
microwave oven Fuse blew, replacement blew too after 1\2 second.
Following common resistance test procedures found on the web the magnetron and transformer are fine.
The big capacitor tests open. The diode attached to it reads mostly open in one direction, although sometimes my dvm will jump down to several meg ohms for a fraction of a second. Testing in other directions reads a constantly changing value of 5xxMeg to 8xxMeg.
Would these cause the fuse to blow?

Hi I wonder if anyone might be able to steer me in the right direction. I have this Samsung UE46ES8000 TV and it went bang during use. The main fuse on the PSU board is open. I've checked every diode/mosfet/transistor I can see and nothing appears to be short to cause the fuse to go. The DC output of the bridge rectifier is not short either. I've seen online that some of these models are known for having their PFC mosfet or other mosfets shorting and blowing the fuse but i'm not seeing that here. If anyone aware of these models having any issues to cause this? I'm reluctant to just replace the... -

I'm inexperienced with electronics repairs, I've done a little bit of soldering caps and whatnot, but i have a blown fuse on this mimaki printer I got which I have bought a replacement for.
How do I remove this type of fuse (see picture)...it kinda looks like it would pull out of that bracket but it didn't come at first pull and I didn't want to brute force it incase it's soldered on there like most of the rest of the components.
Anybody know how to remove this type of fuse?
(The fuse is toward the bottom of the image labeled F2)...
