LCD TV PCB Contact pad Repair ?

Good day all BCN members not sure if this is where to post this question if not I'm sure they will let me know. Here goes, I have this main/logic board that has a pad destroyed and I want to know if its possible to repair. Not trying to buy a new one but attempting to fix this one. Copper pad is gone so there is nothing to solder to and because this is a dual layered pcb not certain if there are inner traces.

Anyone here know of how to do this or know anything that'll help instead of getting a new board I love to tinker so I'll try anything sensible here are a few pictures

wait a sunny day and make better picture from what i can see for now cant say anything with that quality picture.

so for me wait a sunny day, and make some full picture + some macros on that zone.

for me you can just try to solder it back using a 63-37 and 2% flux core tin. just keep it a bit on it till it get attached to the board.
