SEF 551.10 - How to raise the temperature of the unleaded soldering furnace?

    Hi,

We continue to struggle with the SEF 551.10 reflow oven. After we managed to start it in october - the topic here -> https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...he-reflow-oven everything promised to be good. But...

While soldering with lead paste somehow goes, but we cannot force the stove to raise the temperature
that he would dissolve the unleaded binder. I even doubted what this bastard shows on screen and passed through it a thermocouple connected to an external meter. The maximum temperature that was obtained is 190°C.

Maybe someone used such a stove and could share their knowledge of what we can do wrong?

I will add that the device shows nothing, what could suggest that a heater or fan does not work.

I have some suspicions related to the configuration file that loads into the furnace with the software. We got it with files from the manufacturer when there was a problem with starting (see link above). But we are not sure if it is a good configuration for this stove,
or just a general configuration file.

We wrote e-mail to the manufacturer in this matter and we are waiting for answer. But maybe someone has knowledge about this? Configuration file is in the attachment.

AcuRite 5 in 1 temperature sensor replacement repair
    by CapLeaker
    Got a new victim:

AcuRite 5 in 1 Iris outdoor weather station not updating the temperature / humidity anymore. The original sensor is a SHT21. Also there are identical other sensor manufacturers. I chose the HTU21D to replace the original SHT21. Both have identical specs. I've had two failure modes with these sensors.
A: outside temp stuck at -40? It's cold here at times in Canada, but not that cold!
B: stuck at some temperature and maybe updating once in 12 hrs or so.

Easy solution is to go to AcuRite website and purchase the sensor. Right?...

What LED's to Buy To Replace Backlight LED's and What Solder with LED's
    by Tarot Superstars
    Hello.

I changed the led strips on my Hitachi 32 inch.
The TV is now ok since I have already replaced any capacitors that needed replacing.

I have also bought a spare set of LED strips for the tv also.

I want to be able to replace singular LED's in the LED strips if I need to, but I am not sure what value LED package to buy from Ebay in the UK.

The LED strips I bought were:
Replacement Backlight Array LED Strip Bar For Hitachi 32HB6J61U 32HBT41U 32" TV

On ebay I have a choice of singular LED's with voltage and...

[Baku 702B] Soldering iron not heating up and the temperature doesn't go up
    by datsnow
    Hi!

I'm owner of a Baku 702B. I do some SMD work with it, and since I have a spare soldering iron that works very well for the little soldering that I do, I hardly use the soldering iron that this station comes with.

(To add some info, this station went to RMA some months ago, the hot air gun resistance was changed to a new one.)

So, some days I needed to use the soldering iron that comes with the station, but for my surprise, the temperature would not rise. The temperature screen would always show 22/23ºc and no matter what, if I rised or decreased the...

Elitebook 840 G5 Bios Chip Soldering Question
    by Azurain
    Hi everyone,

I have an HP Elitebook 840 G5 that I am trying to get working again. I've removed the front bios chip (the 32mb one) and have run it through HP unlocker already. I've uploaded and verified the new bin, but am now experiencing an issue that has led me to believe I've been soldering the chip back to the motherboard incorrectly.

Essentially, after re-soldering the chip back into its place and reassembling the laptop, the charging light immediately flashes orange and white and then shifts to a solid white. The capslock and numlock lights blink seven times...

Temperature to remove chips from motherboard
    by asdas09
What temperature with the heat gun should be use to remove large and small chips from the laptop and mobilephones motherboard? My problem is that the chips not easily remove from the motherboard, example 380°C degrees. I don't know if there is a difference with the devices that the temperature is not stable with them even it shows the right temperature, what should it be? I don't know if I should use higher temperature but the risk of destroying other components?

I have device Sugon 202. I'm used also normal flux and rosin flux.
