I have now flashed this bios file.

It does not turn on, but now it power cycles having on periode for 3 seconds.

Before this is power cycled a very short on periode every 5 secs.

If I upload my bios dump, could anybody help me fixing the flash bin?

Leave the EC for now,just flash the bios.The EC needs a special programmer,such as a Vertyanov,SVOD,RT809H

I tried Virgin 76CN43WW_EC and it power cycles like the original one.

Stil power cycling. And it does not react on power button. Cannot turn it off.

If you can do the same thing with this bios:
W25Q64_20161231_45833.BIN.zip

The DMI is encrypted.You can copy it from your old bios to the new one with a hex editor.Search for the word LENV

The offsets are 6E0000 - 6E1FFF (length 2000) .Copy it,and add it to the new bios using the same offsets (there are 2 LENV areas,both are empty in the virgin bios)

If you don`t know how to use a hex editor theres a guide you can get some practice with - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=98038
