I couldn’t save the mainboard. I probably either applied the wrong voltage with the programmer or damaged another component while attaching it. You can replace the mainboard with this one: 01YU392. You can find it among the spare parts at Lenovo. The price currently varies and is now double what I paid, 45€. I could hardly believe it at first. After I received the mainboard, I ordered two more and successfully installed them. Good luck!
