Read the text on the capacitor, type what's written on it here...
or take a clear picture (use macro mode if needed) and upload it here

based on all the other capacitors on the board, it's most likely a samwha or samyoung capacitor, series and specs I have no idea... that's why you're supposed to read what's on it.

I read whats on the cap but it doesn't list any capacitance but it acts like it wants to keep discharging repeatedly unlike the other capacitors

Re: can anyone help me identify this cap

The markings are likely on the other side, what is the problem with the tv? The cap is for the B5v supply It might be a 390µf/25v
There are two 390Ω resistors in parallel with the cap.
        Check if QS851 is shorted
Then check all the solder connections on the transformer pins and fets etc. that are mounted to the heatsinks

its from samsung tv, the power relay keeps clicking on wait 5-10 secs but it never powers up the tv. this cap will carry 5V then discharge with the relay. but the tv never turns on it just keeps power cycling. the caps all appear in good working order show readings of or above their rating.

Did you verify that the PS-ON stay at >2V when the relay drops out? Relay is turned on by the PS-ON signal.
Is the standby power supply Voltage steady?
You should report the Voltage reading of the power supply connector that goes to the main board is in standby and when power switch is activated, make sure to put down the pin name and follow by the reading for each pin so we can easily see what is going on.
What is the Model of the TV?
            Power supply board BN44-??????

ill test that item in a few im trying to locate it currently

              TV model : UN60F7100AFXZA

              POWER Supply Board: BNN-00630A

from what I can see pin 22 A5V it is the only pin that is carrying voltage before I try and turn the TV on
              https://photos.app.goo.gl/YGGSigaaSP3aKiJr8

Standby pin 22 holds 5.34 V steady throughout

PS-ON PIN 24 is 0.26V in standby mode
              PS-ON PIN 24 3.3V when relay closes,
PS-ON PIN 24 0.26V when relay clicks back out

Well, you need to find out why the main board stops sending the PS-ON signal.
Since we are trying to fix TV you should stick to this TV thread instead:

Hy guys , i have a DVR board DS-80104 REV 2.2 that was powered wrong, i have some smds on the board that are blown and i can't identify them , maybe if someone has this board somehow and we can identify the smds', i have searched online and i can't find a schematic.
The smds are SOT-23-6 , one of them i think it has the marking ADJF since i found another one on the board with this marking , but the other one it seems that it starts with AG or it looks like. I would really apreciate if someone could help me identify those IC's .

Lenovo Legion 7 - Help Identify IC
                        by silver60618
Hi gang, its a long shot, but working on Lenovo Legion Pro 7 motherboard NM-F091, and trying to identify this component near GPU with marking "eHFQH" that is burned and shorting the board. Looks like power management IC

I couldnt find any schematic or boardview. The CPU side also has same chip. Any way to identify this chip? or take measurements from the good chip to determine what it is?

                        Any help would be appreciated...

How can I identify varistor which have been blew up?
                        by chth96
I mistakely pluged 100v japanese retro game console to 220v outlet.
So It seems that glass fuse and varistor have been blew up.
I can identify that voltage and ampere value of glass fuse(250V LF 1.6A),but It is impossible to identify varistor type in my sega saturn PSU(YAMAHA 35M07U XR258)
Is there any way to identify varistor type in my sega saturn PSU?
                        Any reply would be appreciated.

                        EDIT:
It seems that I finally found out what type this black varistor is. It is Panasonic ERZV05D221 “ZNR” Transient/Surge Absorbers (Type D) Varistor Voltage...

Now it does start but for 20 secs after that fans run at maximum and then shut down. Found PU8302 burned but cannot identify it the part. It is written eHFAA on it but didn't found any info, no boardview, nothing. Can anyone help identify the part so I can order it from somwhere? Ataching some pictures of the motherboard, serial number and part. Than\k you...
