Re: Hp 450 g3 i5 no turn on
Dont bother much about the blinking codes-they often misguide you.
DC jack light should be present when ac adapter is connected.Since you dont have dc jack light,it could be for the following possible reasons:
01.Bad/corrupt bios
02.AD_ID not correct
03.3V LDO is shorted or missing
04. Bad EC.
Probe the listed issues one by one and update.Comment

Re: Hp 450 g3 i5 no turn on
If you know a bit about bios editing and using hex editor, its an easy job to transfer your dmi info like serial, model etc on to the new bios. However, if you dont know how to do this, make a request in the bios section while posting your original+new bios dumps there. Someone will definitely do it for you.Comment

Re: Hp 450 g3 i5 no turn on
Without the original dump, i cant point you out the dmi block address. Since its hp,try searching pavillion/probook in hxd and click "search all" option and look closely for dmi info. You can search your serial number in the original dump and get to the dmi area.Comment

by odie34I am a hobbyist (not a professional) so please be gentle...
I recently received an XR-77A80J that wouldn't turn on. (Repeating 5 flashes when plugged in.)
I did a hard reset by holding the power button for about 30 seconds until the set powered down. I then tried to turn it on and it powered up, bringing me to the setup screen. There's not a lot of detail on the setup screen but the picture didn't have any distortions, so at least a cursory examination suggests no physical damage to the screen. The set appeared to be working normally, but it shut down after about 15 seconds,... -
by JunkmanJimboSamsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and then tv won't turn off.
No picture. No sound that I can tell. Backlights are on and have been checked. Flashlight test no image on screen. I replaced the Eprom chip hoping that was the problem but nothing changed.
Please help. Thanks in advance! -
by Egidio85Hi everyone, I have a Samsung NP750QFG-KA3DE , MainBoard VESTA3-15 BA92-24515A
the battery is charged. pressing the power button the blue LED flashes 3 times and then stays blue. then the sequence repeats.
the fan does not start.
I noticed that I have no power on the processor and it does not heat up. could it depend on the bios?
any advice on what to check? -
by pajdekHello, i have some issues with my laptop Lenovo Y700-17ISK (motherboard BY511 NM-A541), it started when i turn on the laptop, but the lcd wont turn on, i then connected it via hdmi to tv and screen was ok. So i thought maybe lcd stripe is faulty, i removed the bottom cover, disconnected main battery, reset the cmos by disconnecting battery for 1 min, then slighty move the lcd stripe. Conncted power supply and tuned on my laptop, the lcd turn on, it started to load os, then it turn off, after a second it turn on, then after like 3 seconds turn off again, and so on. Removed power supply, waited...

by Egidio85hi, I have a sharp tv model LC-40LE814E with DPS-126CP-1 A power supply.
the tv initially turned on, displayed the image for 10 seconds and then turned off. so in a loop until the power was cut off.
reading the classic optocoupler problem I changed the mounted cosmos with SHARP PC817 recovered from other boards.
now the TV turns on for 1-2 seconds and turns off giving 2 flashes in the front LED.
to avoid banging too much I preferred to take an identical tested and working card (or so the supplier says)
